Our Fees
MorMindful Therapy & Psychiatry
In order to ensure the highest quality service and maintain specialized doctors, we are unable to process insurance. Please let us know if you would like an invoice you can submit independently.
Provider Fees
It has been our experience over the years that free consultations are not helpful or therapeutic to new patients. They create undocumented clinical issues for our providers that cannot be properly addressed in that environment. Our clinicians need this valuable time to treat patients who are actively engaged and committed to a treatment plan.

ADHD Testing for Children and Adults
Comprehensive ADHD assessment duration: 4 hours total (recommended: two separate, 2-hour long testing sessions)
Cost: $1500.00
Includes: full diagnostic report with recommendations for accommodations (if needed)
*Note: this is the only option that meets most requirements for school evaluations.
Age range: children (6+) through adults.
Components:
• Computer-based testing: measures attention and inhibitory control using auditory and visual tasks
• Behavioral inventories and questionnaires: completed by the individual and family (teacher optional); assesses self-control, problem-solving, and ADHD symptoms based on DSM-5 criteria
• Cognitive testing (WISC-V or WAIS-V, depending on age): measures verbal comprehension, perceptual reasoning, working memory, processing speed, and fluid reasoning to identify cognitive strengths and weaknesses
• Clinical diagnostic interview: conducted by a psychologist with the client (and parent if under 18) to review current and past symptoms, as well as medical and psychiatric history
Adult ADHD assessment 2 options (for clients age 18 and older)
Option 1: comprehensive adult assessment
Duration: 2 hours in-person includes: full diagnostic report with recommendations for accommodations (if needed)
Cost: $800
Components:
• Computer-based testing: evaluates attention and inhibitory control using auditory and visual tasks
• Questionnaires and inventories (family optional): assesses self-control, problem-solving, and ADHD symptoms based on DSM-5 criteria
• Clinical diagnostic interview: conducted by a psychologist to assess current and past symptoms and review medical/psychiatric history
Option 2: Diagnostic interview + letter
Duration: 1 hour in-person
Includes: summary letter (not a full report)
Cost: $400
Components:
• Questionnaires and inventories (family optional): assesses self-control, problem-solving, and ADHD symptoms based on DSM-5 criteria
• Clinical diagnostic interview: conducted by a psychologist to evaluate current and past symptoms along with relevant history
Written & Signed Documentation (including FMLA, Withdrawal from school and Reports)
FMLA Leave is only for established patients in our office.
Written and signed documents for School, Lawyers, Government etc. will be billed based on time needed to complete the paperwork at an appropriate hourly rate based on the providers' fees.
