Bilingual Licensed School Psychologist & Behavioral-Mental Health Specialist

Jasmine Ramirez Bembanaste is a bilingual Spanish-English Licensed School Psychologist and Behavioral-Mental Health Provider who brings more than 20 years of combined experience in mental health, psychological assessment, behavioral consultation, and services for children, adolescents, young adults, and families.

Jasmine specializes in comprehensive and neuropsychologically informed evaluations for individuals presenting with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, executive-functioning weaknesses, developmental differences, and complex emotional or behavioral concerns. Her multidisciplinary background allows her to consider how cognitive, academic, behavioral, developmental, emotional, family, and environmental factors interact—providing a more complete understanding of each individual’s strengths and needs.

As a bilingual evaluator, Jasmine has extensive experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse families. She understands that language development, educational opportunity, acculturation, and cultural background must be carefully considered when interpreting assessment results. She is committed to providing evaluations that are culturally responsive, clinically thorough, and understandable to families and other professionals.

In addition to direct assessment, Jasmine provides consultation regarding diagnostic clarification, educational planning, behavioral intervention, school-based supports, and appropriate treatment or referral recommendations. She has worked extensively with families, schools, multidisciplinary treatment teams, and community providers and has contributed to psychological and educational assessment research, field testing, and test-development projects for several nationally recognized assessment publishers.

Jasmine’s approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. Her goal is not simply to identify a diagnosis, but to help individuals and families understand how a person learns, processes information, communicates, regulates emotions, and functions in everyday life. She translates complex assessment findings into clear, individualized recommendations that families, educators, and treatment providers can meaningfully use.
