Dr. Mouvielle Caro is a female psychiatrist who was born and raised in the Dominican Republic and is fluent in English and Spanish. She earned her medical degree from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in Santo Domingo and then completed residency from two different hospitals in general adult psychiatry and neurology at Cabrini-Mount Sinai and Beth Israel School of Medicine in New York.
Dr. Caro is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and Fellow Diplomate of the American Psychiatric Association and has been working in Palm Beach County since 2009.
Her dedication and strive for patient care is her priority. During the years and experience she has mastered psychopharmacology in order to safely and effectively treat mental illness while being objective and providing patients with respect, empathy and compassion.
Dr. Caro is experienced in treating females, males, and non-binary individuals with Mood Disorders, Insomnia, Schizophrenia, ADHD and personality disorders. Her passion for psychiatry is reflected in her dedication to her patients. Dr. Caro sees patients in our Boca Raton office.

​Every new patient starts with a psychiatric evaluation. Dr. Caro reviews your symptoms, medical history and current medications, explains the diagnosis and talks through treatment options before anything is prescribed. Follow-up visits track how well your medication works, manage side effects and adjust the dose when needed. When more time is needed, Dr. Caro offers a 90-minute double intake for complex histories and 30-minute double follow-up visits. When therapy would help, she coordinates with MorMindful's psychologists and therapists so your care stays connected.

We do not bill insurance directly, and we provide a monthly superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Dr. Caro sees patients at 1 W Camino Real, Suite 100 (Plaza 1), Boca Raton, FL 33432, Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Friday, 9:00am to 1:00pm.
