Unfortunately, when a mental health provider does not accept your insurance plan it is not because they don’t want to. Most private insurance companies in Florida claim that they are saturated with providers and therefore will not allow any more therapist to come on board. This is a blow to the providers and patients who deserve services. If you have already met your deductible, many insurance company allow the patient themselves to submit claims and get reimbursed. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy/No Show Fee
To Our Valued Patients: A broken appointment is a loss for everyone. The patient deprives himself/herself of necessary clinical services. The Doctor/Therapist loses valuable time that should be spent treating patients. Accordingly, the following policy has been put in place to protect the patients and providers at MorMindful Therapy & Psychiatry Inc.

For any appointment scheduled at MorMindful Therapy & Psychiatry, there is a cancellation/No Show policy. 24 hours before your appointment, a confirmation call or text will be made. Any appointment canceled or rescheduled after the confirmation is made will result in the patient being charged the full rate. As such, your credit card information will be kept in our confidential files and in case of a late cancellation or no show.

Payment Option to Avoid Credit Card Surcharges
A credit card transaction fee of 3% will now be added to all individual and bundle payments starting January 1st, 2024.
