Dr. Mouvielle Caro is a female psychiatrist who was born and raised in the Dominican Republic and is fluent in English and Spanish. She earned her medical degree from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in Santo Domingo and then completed residency from two different hospitals in general adult psychiatry and neurology at Cabrini-Mount Sinai and Beth Israel School of Medicine in New York.
Dr. Caro is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and Fellow Diplomate of the American Psychiatric Association and has been working in Palm Beach County since 2009.
Her dedication and strive for patient care is her priority. During the years and experience she has mastered psychopharmacology in order to safely and effectively treat mental illness while being objective and providing patients with respect, empathy and compassion.
Dr. Caro is experienced in treating females, males, and non-binary individuals with Mood Disorders, Insomnia, Schizophrenia, ADHD and personality disorders. Her passion for psychiatry is reflected in her dedication to her patients.

Robert Homer, MD

Dr. Homer is an experienced psychiatrist who strives to provide personalized quality care. He treats depression, anxiety, insomnia, ADHD, addictions, among other disorders encountered in general practice. Board Certified in Psychiatry, Dr. Homer graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 1996. He completed his specialty training at Beth Israel Medical Center (now known as Mount Sinai Beth Israel) in New York City. Among practicing in various outpatient and inpatient settings, Dr. Homer has been on the staff at Boca Regional Medical Center (previously known as Boca Raton Community Hospital) and in outpatient practice in Boca Raton since 2002.
Dr. Homer has had several interests and hobbies over the years. Born in Chicago, he has lived in Florida on and off since 1973. A graduate of Brandeis University, prior to going into medicine he earned a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Miami and worked in research and development. He is close with his family both in the United States and Colombia. Dr. Homer believes that his multitude of life experiences has helped to make him a more empathetic and effective psychiatrist.
