Postpartum Depression, Anxiety & Stress Counseling

Postpartum Depression Therapy & Psychiatry in Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale and Boynton Beach, Florida.

Postpartum depression and anxiety is much more common than most people realize. Current analysis of mood disturbances in women more than 6 months after giving birth is upwards of 15%. Considering the theory that many women don't reach out for help or even fully acknowledge they are experiencing a postpartum mood related episode, those numbers are probably much higher. What does this mean? It means that needing supportive services after having a child, weather its your first or not is important and often overlooked until life and parenting becomes unmanageable.

MorMindful Therapy & Psychiatry provides postpartum depression and anxiety counseling for those suffering from perinatal mental health issues as well as medication management with our psychiatrist if need be. Our postpartum therapists are first and foremost mothers so they know what its like to struggle as a new mom or multiple children with zero time for yourself.
